Why have different versions i,e, standard and Pro versions. Get rid of the suffix standard and pro and sell this product as one rather than trying to make money by selling a partly disabled product as a standard edition

The program tries to attach itself to the start-up without asking permission first.

Thankfully I always use a start-up manager so was able to block this behaviour. I want to use programs like this when I want to use them, not have them take more RAM from my system

Include a portable version (i.e. that can be used from a USB stick) so that there is less impact on the computer (i.e registry clutter)

I reralize that this is an add-on to internet explorer and firefox etc, so it would require the USB stick to be active for the program to work, but I'd much rather have it that way than adding anything else to my already overloaded system

Create a more intuitative user interface.

To the moderator, can you delete all my other suggestions regarding the interface. I mistakenly though the program was permanently attached to my browser. I didn't realize I was looking at the GUI, thinking it was my browser. Only realized...

It says on the web site that inquiry is also available from the right-click context menu in FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Netscape and Maxthon browsers. I use two of those and don't see any link to use the software?

I was asked to submit a report to Agintum (Mamutu) because of suspicious activity when I was installing this product. There is something about this program my security doesn't like That is a little worrying?

I think that it is almost certainly a false positive, but a novice may not install this program becasue of a similar warning from their security. The developer should explain that security may be tripped because of the way the program works???

Include a compehensive and easily accesible help menu that's interactive with links to video tutorials and written tutorials that walk you through all the workings of this software.

I think novice users will find it hard going using this software without a decent help file.

Include a network facility so that the program can be used via any computer on my home network - This would preclude having to install the software onto more than one computer.

And would save a lot more RAM

Allow users to enter URL and have program download the whole website, not individual pages, one by one

Stop opening to the developers site without permission after installation is finished.

I don't like products that force you to go to thir web site without asking first.

Be able to turn off MetaProducts Enquiry via a toggle - I don't like the large panel taking up part of my internet browser all the time.

Being able to minimize the panel would make me much more amenable to having this installed.

Include the product in the add-ons manager - there seems to be no way of turning the product off???

Nice to see firefox support, but consider also adding support for chrome (and possibly mobile/tablet OSes)

Release it as a free add-on to firefox/IE/ etc

This product is just too expensive for what it does. I can do everything I need with my copy of Capture Wiz Pro, which I've been using for years and cost me a third of the proce of this product

Addendum to my previous suggestion; now another security service this time Outpost Security Suite Pro is saying that the application is trying to modify a critical object. - The programs processes really need to be explained by the developer so t

I've had several different warnings so once I've tested this program a little more I'm going to delete it. there have been too many different warnings about different aspects from three different security softwares (via two computers) for me...

Include a User Interface so that you can configure the product to your own requirements.

I always find using programs that don't have a user interface (GUI) a little disconcerting.
